grfcodec software package provides suite of programs to modify Transport Tycoon Deluxes GRF files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install grfcodec
grfcodec is installed in your system.
Make ensure the grfcodec package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep grfcodec *
You will get with grfcodec package name, version, architecture and description in a table
